Dragonfly summer

Just trying to see how this works. I uploaded this from my computer. I tried doing this from Flickr and it worked fine - just that the picture was too small. I have to do a bit more research on the Flickr to Blogger transfer, but right now, I've spent too much time on this and it is a beautiful dragonfly summer afternoon which is rushing by.....time to take Kylie out for a short walk.

I'm blogging!

So, the first post on Blogger.

I found myself using my 2+ year old digital camera a lot recently and just had to email those pictures to all my friends and family. Clogging up their email programs, I'm sure. A friend suggested that I blog my pictures and anything else I'm interested in - so that's the birth of this blog. We'll see how it develops.

I just posted some of my photos on Flickr and will see how those pictures transfer over here.
