First Frost

We had our first frost of the season last night - it was 32 F when Kylie and I went for our walk.  She was quite frisky, romping through the leaves in the woods!

Thanks, Jasmine - it should be back to 60, I think, in the next day or so. But, this morning was lovely, crisp and dry. I dislike damp heat or cold....I would like to move to New Mexico, Santa Fe area, one day.

Frost is pretty ... I just don't like the cold that goes with it. You will have our 60 degree weather of today joining you soon. :)

Hi, Shelly! I think the warm weather is arriving as I type this - it's already 51!

I don't mind the cold - it's the damp cold, like the damp heat, that bothers me. The dry heat and cold are bearable, provided not extreme!

Thanks, Nancy - the sage leaves look like carpet to me!
