Actually, it's politics as usual over here - both parties have forgotten that THEY are the PUBLIC SERVANTS; we do not serve them. It's been that way in high gear since Bush and Obama is no different and no better. In fact, he is Bush 3. Democracy is dying a slow death - barely a pulse is left.

Anyway, the wrathful demon is one to remind me that despair can be seductive and destructive. I am not able to fix our political system - especially since our votes don't count. So, I remind myself to be aware of what is going on but not be pulled into the maelstrom. It's not worth it for me and it only feeds the maelstrom/demon. Not willing to do that.

On to other topics that are pleasant and add to a peaceful existence on our beautiful Earth.
