Isn't this a great picture of Kylie? It was taken yesterday, early afternoon, by Jessica, a friend of my sister, Jacki. Both of them are very talented photographers. Click on their names and visit them over at Flickr - they have some beautiful works over there!
Be back later - we're off for our morning walk!

Hi,
Wow...What a beautiful looking dog. She looks so healthy and happy.:)
I love Kylie's Halloween scarf. This is a lovely portrait photo!
Good to meet you Delphyne. I'm now following your site!;)
Happy Halloween!
Jo May.
Thank you, JoMay! I'm a follower on your blog, too - I love your work!
Kylie is a good girl - she's happy and relatively healthy. She suffers from canine epilepsy, though, and despite the 2 X daily of phenobarbital, she still has certain triggers that will bring one on. We deal with it one day at a time....
Happy Hallowe'en to you, too!
What a beautiful dog. I want a collie so much. I think the whole family is ready for another dog, just need to find a more suitable dog house for a dog...
Thanks, Jasmine - I waited 4 years from my last border collie, Lucy (who I had from 5 weeks until she died at 17 1/2 years old in 2002), until I got Kylie. I returned to NJ in 2003 to help with aging parents and knew my mother wasn't a dog lover. She passed away in 2005 and in 2006 I found Kylie. She did very well with my almost 90+ father when he was ambulatory, but now that he's confined to bed, there's no worries at all!
The right one at the right time is out there waiting for you!
This is my first blogging.....but, I had to tell you how beautiful Little Miss Kylie looks!!!!
Tell her that barkingdogs will see her on Nov. 1st.
xxoo
Yay for barkingdogs - she left a comment! Good to see you - you're the one that helps make Kylie look so pretty!
Looks like the 1st is when we'll see you again - we'll be in touch before then!
xoxo
Kylie looks adorable! I love her Halloween scarf! Not only is your sister a terrific photographer, you are too!
Thanks, Nancy! I get lucky sometimes with my little camera - good thing it's digital. Not sure I would have any luck with a 35 mm SLR camera!
